S.P.AR Training is a group strength and conditioning facility. Our uniquely designed circuits focus on improving strength, endurance, speed and power. S.P.A.R coaches will guide you through our interval based workouts which are guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. We offer a variety of classes which are adaptable to any fitness level as our expert coaches will cater to any limitations you may have.

Absolutely! Our classes cater to all fitness levels as we encourage members to go at their own pace. As your fitness improves, our coaches will notice and encourage you to push a little harder every time.

Of course you can! Our coaches are educated in providing alternative low impact movements. Whether you have mobility, orthopedic, lower or upper body restrictions. If you need a second opinion, we have 2 certified athletic therapists in the facility for any questions.

If you have already been training pre- pregnancy check with your health physician first. If you have never been physically active before pregnancy then wait until you give birth. We will get you back into shape.

Our facility has a variety of strength and conditioning equipment such as; jacobs ladder, concept 2 ski machines and rowers, TRXs, benches, pull up bars, dumbbells, sleds, air bikes, squat racks, isolation machines, 40 yards of turf, assault air runner treadmill, versaclimber and much more more.

-Increases metabolism by developing more lean muscle through strength and conditioning exercises which leads to fat loss. -Strengthens muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints, which will lead to fewer injuries. -When you build lean muscle, you burn more calories, therefore, strength training and conditioning can actually prevent obesity. Many studies have shown that keeping your body fat down adds years to your life. -Improves movement quality -Improves your sport if you play for fun in a league or your an athlete getting ready for competition. -Builds strong bones (aiding in relief or prevention of osteoporosis) -Improves muscle control and balance. As a result, you’re less likely to fall, and if you do fall - as in point 5, your injury will be less severe. -Improves core and posture, helps you lift and hold your body upright. As result of which, your spine, joints, organs and whole body, will sit in better alignment.

A fitness term known as “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption “ it is a natural occurrence in the body of increased metabolic rate for up to 36 hours post workout.
